How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (April-October). Private tours should be booked 1-2 weeks ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we can reschedule when possible.
Are children welcome on tours?
Yes! Walking tours and food tours are family-friendly. Wine tours can accommodate children, but tastings are for adults only.
